Your pickup
Minimum order: €60 before express fees. Pickup and return delivery are free. Available collection windows are Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–15:00, in Europe/Madrid time. Sunday is unavailable. A reservation saves your selected window; send its summary to our team on WhatsApp to coordinate collection and the return delivery.
Our usual turnaround is 2–3 days. Express service adds 50% and must be confirmed by the team; next-day service is not guaranteed. Special treatment requests may incur extra charges, which the team will discuss with you.
Prices and payment
Catalogue prices are taken from the existing Mr Kliin catalogue. “From” prices are estimates. The final price depends on actual items, quantity, size and treatment; any discrepancy is confirmed with a revised quotation. Pay on delivery with cash or card. This booking form does not collect card details or charge a payment.
Separate your laundry
Wash & Fold items are normally washed at 40°C and tumble dried. Resistant cotton, towels and bedding may be washed at 60°C. Place delicate, dry-clean-only or press-and-hang garments in Clean & Press so they are treated according to their care label. Mr Kliin is not responsible for delicate or dry-clean-only items placed in Wash & Fold.
Lights and darks are separated. Provide enough of each colour for a practical load (around 4 kg or at least five items); very small quantities may not be processed. Specify special temperature or drying needs in your order notes.
Bags, pockets and access
Reusable bags are provided with the first qualifying order. Extra and replacement bags are €5 each; ask the driver or add a note. Fill a Wash & Fold bag to the neck and make sure it closes. Check pockets before pickup. Mr Kliin is not responsible for remaining damage caused by items left in pockets.
Tell us about difficult access. If you authorise collection or return delivery from a doorstep or other unattended location, choose a safe spot and provide clear instructions. Mr Kliin is not responsible for theft or lost bags at a customer-requested unattended location. A photo is sent for unattended deliveries.

Your name, contact information, addresses and laundry instructions are saved to arrange the requested service. Booking records are not publicly accessible.
